He teaches graduate marketing classes at Rutgers University and has written nine best-selling books. Mark’s new book Cumulative Advantage: How to Build Momentum for Your Ideas, Business and Life Against All Odds is an essential new path to being seen and heard in a busy world.

    His many global clients include Pfizer, Cisco, Dell, Adidas, and the US Air Force. He has been a keynote speaker at prestigious events all over the world including SXSW, Marketing Summit Tokyo, and the Institute for International and European Affairs.           Dr. Anvit Ramlakhan is a prolific strong inspiring inclusive young professional leader from Suriname. He is an experienced executive with a demonstrated history of working in the ICT and business industry for several years, with a widespread of skills and significant contributions made. He is the CEO of Datasur, Chairman of the ICT-Association in Suriname, Chairman of the Suriname Business Youth Association, part time lecturer at four universities in Suriname, 20+ years of voluntary work, etc. He holds a Ph.D. in Information and Technology (magna cum laude), M.Sc. in Information Management (merit) and an MBA in Strategic Management and Leadership (cum laude).

                Andra Waagmeester

                Andra Waagmeester is a trained biomedical computer scientists and is currently active as a biomedical and biodiversity researcher and entrepreneur. After a carreer in academia, he founded a scientific research and data modelling company, called Micelio BV. The core activities of Micelio are on making biomedical, biodiversity and cultural heritage data FAIR. FAIR stands for Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable. FAIR data has explicit access rules, but also captures the origin of the data. Which is crucial for overall transparency. The company currently has clients spanning the globe. Andra currently lives in Belgium, but actually grew up in and knows Suriname.

                  Dorien Morin-van Dam is a Certified Social Media Manager, Strategist, International Keynote Speaker, Organic Specialist and Agile Marketer! She’s been a social media consultant for over 10 years, working with diverse clients all over the world. In her spare time, Dorien is a marathon runner, hiker, skier and mom to four kids and four dogs. After several family travel adventures which brought her to live in fun places like Brazil and Europe, she now calls the Green Mountain State of Vermont home. You’ll recognize her on stage and online by her always present orange glasses, a nod to her Dutch heritage.

In the Netherlands he has successfully executed social media projects for Samsung, Vodafone, KPN and more. In Suriname he works for, among others, Staatsolie, Surinaamse Brouwerij, DSB and more.

                      Lindsay Mac Donald, born on July 28th, 1983, is Platinum Banking Manager and acting Manager Marketing & Customer Support of Finabank N.V. since 2017. Lindsay worked at Fernandes Bottling Company N.V. in the position of Marketing Coordinator, responsible for Consumer and Brand marketing & sponsorships. In 2011 she joined McDonald’s Suriname and during her 6-year career, she introduced several new products, opened new Ronald McDonald Parents Rooms, and organized one of the most successful promotions ‘Christmas in July’.

                        Raul Karamali

                        Rahul Karamali started his own company Celestial Tours at the age of 20, after completing his studies in tourism at the Natural Technical Institute (NATIN). In doing so, he made use of the possibilities of social media at an early stage to market the products and services of his company. He started out offering the popular dolphin tours with a twist of his own and has grown into a portfolio of extensive local and international vacation destinations. With over 50K followers on social media, this tool is the most important marketing tool for this company so far. Celestial Tours N.V. has also been able to grow into a leading tour operator in Suriname as a result.

She has a Bachelor in Communication and Media from Inholland University & a Master in Business Communication from Atlantic International University in the USA. Angela is also certified as a Prince 2 Project Manager.
